Le r\u00e9sultat avec les saveurs des produits frais en vaut vraiment la peine !<\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/p>\n<p>* 30 grosses tomates, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en morceaux<br \/>\n* \u00a01 tasse de basilic frais hach\u00e9<br \/>\n* \u00a03 gros oignon, hach\u00e9<br \/>\n* \u00a012 gousses d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9es<br \/>\n* \u00a01 tasse d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br \/>\n* \u00a0sel et poivre du moulin<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration<\/p>\n<p>1. Dans une grande casserole, cuire les tomates et le basilic sur feu moyen jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les tomates soient tendres.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pendant ce temps, dans une po\u00eale, faire revenir l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les oignons soient translucides.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ajouter les oignons aux tomates et assaisonner de sel et poivre.<\/p>\n<p>4. Laisser mijoter sur feu doux pendant 5 heures ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce soit bien \u00e9paisse.<\/p>\n<p>Conseil:<br \/>\nFaire sa sauce tomate maison en vaut vraiment la peine, surtout quand on peut la congeler si facilement.
